There are different services available to participants based on a variety of factors including insurance coverage, health conditions, or offerings by the funder of the services.  Everyone is eligible for some service but to find out specifics enroll now.

A limited supply of no cost quit medications (such patches, lozenges, gum, Varenicline, and Bupropion) may be available through the program.  You also may be able to obtain some of these quit medications at no cost through your health plan.  To find out specifics enroll now.

No, you can quit without a coach using our website and other education materials in our “online only” program. However, people who use coaching are more likely to be successful. Learn more about the different quitline programs, including the online only program.

You can work with your tobacco quit coach over the phone. You also can access additional support through email, text, or instant message. Your coach will communicate with you in the way that’s convenient and comfortable for you. As part of the quitline program, your coach will contact you during your quit process to check in and see what support you need. You can also reach out to your coach. You can ask questions, get support, share victories, and discuss slips. Coaches are available Mountain: Mon-Sun 5am - 11pm.

Quitting tobacco is hard. Research shows that the better prepared you are, the more successful you’ll be. A quit plan helps you map out when you’ll quit, who will support you, what challenges you may face and how you’ll meet them. When you do have setbacks, a plan prepares you for them. Your plan will help you stay on your path to being tobacco free.

• Our caring, supportive tobacco quit coaches are among the most experienced in the country. All our coaches have at least a college degree. And they must pass quitline training and testing.
• We work with people quitting tobacco from many communities. Regardless of your community - LGBT, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Hispanic/Latino, African-American, pregnant, Asian-American, challenged with mental health concerns, or otherwise - we have experience in working with many communities to eliminate the impact of tobacco.
• We’re operated by the Nation’s Leading Respiratory Hospital. National Jewish Health is the leading respiratory hospital in the United States. Our organization is known for its expertise in preventing and treating life-threatening and chronic diseases. National Jewish Health tobacco cessation program show better results than many national standards.

Our typical program is five coaching calls. If you reach the end of your program and are in need of a few additional support calls, we can discuss the options for continuing or accessing other resources.
