I decided to quit back in July (2017). I had been tapering off for a while and decided one day that I wasn't going to have any more packs. I also decided that once I ran out, I was going to work out every day and just sweat the nicotine out of my system for the first week after I quit. I did this, and even after experiencing some serious stressful situations within the first week, I quit smoking. I now have been smoke free for 12 weeks tomorrow!
